Update your Entity information with the Arizona Corporation Commission

On January 1, 2024, the federal Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) will become effective.  All business entities registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) will be required to file their ownership information with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) or face stiff penalties.

Does your Entity need to be updated?

Click here to find your Entity on the ACC website in the search bar at the top.

If your Entity information is current and accurate, there is no need to do anything further. Goodbye 😊

If your Entity information is not accurate, please allow the Law Office of Wendy Anderson to assist with the updates so that your filing under the CTA in 2024 matches your ACC file. There is a flat rate of $500 for the service, plus the ACC filing fees.

5 Easy Steps:

1. Click here for a Limited Scope Fee Agreement, even if your company is a current client of the Firm. Sign and return to admin@wendyandersonlaw.com.

If the Firm has no conflicts in representing your Entity, you will receive:

  • A countersigned copy of this Agreement, and
  • A link for payment of the fees

2. If your Entity is:

Complete the applicable form and return to admin@wendyandersonlaw.com

3. If the changes to your Entity file require your signature, the Firm will complete the documentation and email to you for signature.

4. The Firm will file your updates with the ACC.

5. Upon approval, the Firm will send you the approval notice and a screenshot of your updated ACC file. At that time, the Limited Representation will be completed. If the ACC rejects the updates, the firm can assist with the necessary steps at the then-current billing rate, if you choose.
